John Lee, Chairman of Governors at Bicton College, presented the Bicton Jubilee Award 2010 to Brian Warren MBE for his significant and distinctive contribution to the agricultural industry in Devon through his work with Farm Crisis Network. Brian is the FCN Coordinator for Devon.
